Join Our Team as a Senior Sous Chef! Are you a passionate and experienced Senior Sous Chef looking for your next exciting challenge? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our dynamic team. As a Sous Chef at Peppina, you will exhibit your culinary talents by personally performing tasks while assisting in leading the staff and managing all food-related functions. Your role will be pivotal in continually improving guest and employee satisfaction while maximizing financial performance across all areas of responsibility. Key Responsibilities: Assist in overseeing all kitchen areas, ensuring a consistent, high-quality product is produced. Establish and uphold culinary standards and activities to achieve excellence. Maintain high culinary standards and responsibilities, ensuring exceptional customer service. Mentor and develop kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Manage all food preparation areas, including banquets, room service, Mary Mary bar, and Deco lounge. Oversee support areas such as stewarding and purchasing. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience as a Senior Sous Chef and a Chef trade qualification. Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate a team, leading by example. Strong relationships with producers, ensuring quality sourced produce. Impeccable attention to detail in all aspects of your work. Willingness to take initiative and make sound business decisions. A genuine passion for cooking and a strong customer service focus. Current knowledge of culinary trends and industry best practices with a growth mindset.
