You'll play a crucial role in the following duties that can include but not limited to :
Shadow and assist parts colleagues
Participate in parts interpreting, sales, warehousing and delivery duties
Provide exceptional and professional customer service and sell parts to customers
Develop skills and knowledge in chosen trade
Ensure customer and workshop parts needs are met by correctly identifying the make, model and variation of the vehicle they're requesting parts for
Develop an in-depth understanding of parts inventory and use that knowledge to encourage customers to make more purchases
Process payments and prepare invoices
About you :
Interested in a parts career in the truck retail industry
Eager to learn, customer-focused, sales driven, excellent communicator, team player, problem-solver, good organisational and computer skills
Manual licence and Forklift licence (desirable)
Automotive sales qualification (desirable)
Kenworth or DAF parts knowledge (desirable)
