Their Queanbeyan branch is a close-knit team that values hard work, safety, and a supportive work environment. They are currently seeking a reliable and motivated HC driver to join their team.
Your new role
In your new role, you'll be responsible for:
* Driving the company truck to and from the factory and customer sites
* Operating a Hiab crane to load and unload the truck on site
* Maintaining the truck and ensuring it is kept in good working order
* Liaising with customers and representing the company professionally
* Assisting in the factory with preparing orders and general duties as required
This role requires flexibility and a team-oriented attitude, as you may be asked to support factory operations from time to time
What you'll need to succeed
This company is looking for drivers who have:
* A Heavy Combination (HC) truck license and recent operating experience
* A Hiab crane (CV) ticket and recent operating experience - or a willingness to obtain a Hiab license if not currently licensed
* A valid White Card, Asbestos Awareness, and Silica Awareness card
* Excellent communication skills and a strong team player mindset
What you'll get in return
* Be paid $44 per hour casual plus superannuation and all industry allowances
* Work Monday to Friday from 6:00am to 2:00pm, plus overtime
