This role plays a pivotal role within the new Personalisation and Experimentation (P&E) team to deliver the expected benefits of the Loyalty 2030 stretch targets. This role is responsible for assessing, identifying and prioritising business opportunities, supporting the Senior Manager, Personalisation and Strategic Growth on the business strategy, performance measurement, strategic growth initiatives and member experience optimisations.You will work closely and strategically with all of Loyalty's commercial stakeholders across Financial Services, Retail and B2C to oversee the benefits driven by P&E. You will have advanced commercial modelling skills, strong understanding of loyalty revenue levers to implement strategic decision making to support the delivery of the Personalisation and Experimentation strategy, in addition to driving positive outcomes across Loyalty and Qantas airlines.
