The Advancement Business Partner provides high-level operational expertise and systems management for the Advancement unit. This role has significant responsibility for donor fund management, including processing and auditing of donations.
This position is responsible for optimizing operational efficiency through systems administration, business process improvement, strategic financial oversight, and stakeholder engagement across university units.
Key responsibilities:
* Event management expertise, coordinating resources, managing timelines and budgets across multiple locations.
* Strategic communication skills enabling effective event activations aligned with university initiatives.
* Strong stakeholder management capabilities, representing the organisation and building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
