Candidate Profile
You are a Division 1 Registered Nurse with postgraduate qualifications in mental health nursing.
You possess substantial clinical experience, a strong understanding of contemporary mental health nursing, and a passion for workforce development, education, supervision, and service improvement.
You are motivated, collaborative, and committed to delivering the Best Care.
About Unit 3
Unit 3 is a newly established adult inpatient mental health unit designed to support recovery in a welcoming, therapeutic environment.
Our team values innovation, compassion, and inclusion, and we are committed to creating a psychologically safe and empowering workplace.
