About the Role
As a valued member of our team, you'll work closely with participants and their families to deliver personalised, high-quality support. Every day will offer the chance to make a positive impact.
Your responsibilities may include:
Providing personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Supporting daily living activities: meal prep, housekeeping, shopping.
Assisting with community access, social activities, and recreation.
Helping clients achieve education or employment goals.
Keeping accurate and up-to-date support notes and documentation.
For Registered Nurses) Delivering clinical support, medication management, health monitoring, and collaborating with healthcare professionals.
About You
You're someone who truly cares about people and is confident working both independently and as part of a supportive team.
We're looking for individuals who:
Are compassionate, reliable, and professional.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.
Have experience or interest in disability, mental health, aged care, or nursing (highly regarded).
What You'll Need
Support Workers:
* Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or similar (or willingness to obtain).
Registered Nurses:
* Current AHPRA Registration.
All Applicants:
Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
NDIS Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
Blue Card – Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
Completion of the NDIS Workers' Orientation Module.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
