· Supporting new project rollouts, process improvements and employee engagement.
· Ensure compliance with technical and legislative standards, embedding safety across all asset operations.
· Oversee maintenance systems and reporting tools to enable data-informed decision-making.
· Maintain compliance with the Asset Management Accountability Framework (AMAF).
· Prepare robust business cases, budget bids and long-term asset lifecycle plans.

About you:

· Tertiary qualifications in business, asset management, or a related field.
· Experience in a similar position within a medium to large organisation.
· Demonstrated ability to develop and implement asset and maintenance strategies.
· Experience in asset procurement and compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
· Strong leadership capabilities across multidisciplinary team.
· Sound knowledge of asset management standards and lifecycle planning.
· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with proven stakeholder engagement experience.
· Proficiency in maintenance management systems, data analytics and reporting tools.
