* Southern Adelaide Local Health Network – Flinders Medical Centre – Physiotherapy/Occupational therapy
* Salary $64,195.00 - $67,154.00 (Pro Rata) ASO2 | Multiple positions – 12 Month Contract

About the role:

Reporting to the Administration Coordinator, some of your duties for the role will include:

* Effectively & efficiently processing telephone calls including bookings, cancellations, reappointments and other enquiries.
* Notifying patients of clinic appointments and issuing relevant literature to patients prior to consultation.
* Processing of referrals in a timely manner.
* Providing a high-quality clerical service including typing, photocopying, filing, data management. This will require competency in MS Office software programs and other local IT software.
* Assisting with the smooth operation of the reception area by prioritising and managing multiple competing demands which requires autonomy to make decisions, problem solve and resolve conflict "on the spot".

About you:

* Previous experience working in a reception/administration role particularly in a proven experience in providing effective customer service health care or allied health setting.
* Proven experience and computing skills, including email and word processing, Excel.
* Demonstrate good organisational skills and ability to prioritise work, with an eye to detail.
* Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
