We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Assistant to join and be part of our Victoria Development team working between Stockland's Melbourne Head Office, the Highlands Sales office (Craigieburn) and home.
**The Opportunity**
As the Team Assistant, working closely with the Personal Assistant, you will assist the Development team in enhancing Stockland's brand and support in the creation of a strong performing and collaborative team environment to deliver on the State and Project Development priorities.
This would suit a property graduate in their final year or an experienced administrator who is passionate about property development
**Your tasks will include**:
- Organise and complete support tasks for the Development function such as meeting coordination and events
- Complete SAP (payments) functions on behalf of the Development teams
- Assist the Development teams with contractor and consultant engagement administration
- Monitoring and reporting on purchase order and invoice performance
- Maintain and manage meeting rooms at sales/regional offices
- Take a proactive role with Operational Risk compliance processes
- Assist the Development Director's and their Personal Assistants with any workload pressures, including during periods of annual leave (as directed)
- From time to time as required to contribute to the effective operation of the reception function at Head Office
**About You**:
We are looking for a highly organised individual with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills. Ideally you will be an ambitious property graduate in your penultimate year or an experienced administrator with a keen interest in learning and continuous improvement.
**Additional to this you will demonstrate**:
- Experience managing supplier payments and associated administration
- Experience in coordination of diaries, events and projects requiring the capability to be flexible in order to meet deadlines
- Competent using the full Microsoft Office 365 suite, up to intermediate level and exposure to SAP being highly desirable
