We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team.
About the Role

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and addressing physical, psychological, social, environmental, and organisational risk factors that may impact an individual's ability to return to work.
Key Responsibilities
* Complete return-to-work case management for injured workers under the WorkCover scheme.
* Provide holistic support to help restore an individual's highest level of functional performance through relevant assessments.
* Deliver vocational counselling and facilitate interventions, well-being programs, training, and upskilling.
* Collaborate and liaise with individuals, employers, medical professionals, and other allied health professionals.
Requirements
* A strong understanding of occupational rehabilitation principles and practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Associate or Full ASORC membership as a Rehabilitation Counsellor or AHPRA registration as a Provisional or Registered Psychologist.
* Minimum 1-2 years experience working in occupational rehabilitation.
* Relevant psychology or rehabilitation counselling qualification.
