The Role: Restaurant Manager

* Team Leadership: Guide a crew of up to 20 across FOH and BOH, ensuring smooth operations and standout service.
* Inspire Excellence: Motivate your team to exceed customer service and productivity goals.
* Train and Grow: Develop your crew with hands-on coaching and support, creating future stars in hospitality.
What We're Looking For:
* Solid experience in QSR or fast-paced hospitality environments.
* Manager experience is essential, but experienced Supervisors or restaurant Managers (2+ years) are welcome to apply.
* A can-do attitude with a passion for leading large teams in high-energy settings.
* Exceptional customer service skills and a love for training others.
