Structured 12-month onboarding. We set you up for success with:
* First two weeks: intensive training, shadowing, and loads of support.
* Next six months: gradually building your caseload, with time to learn, reflect, and grow your clinical skills at your own pace.
* Ongoing: mentoring and supervision to help you step confidently into your role as an independent clinician.
