We are seeking a seasoned Team Manager to lead the operational delivery of clinical services for our Mental Health Service Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team and take on a key leadership role.
This position will be responsible for managing the designated team, providing clinical expertise, supervision and direction to other members of the team, and carrying a small clinical caseload. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
About the Role
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage the operational delivery of clinical services for the Mental Health Service Group
* Provide clinical expertise, supervision and direction to other members of the team
* Carry a small clinical caseload
**Requirements:
* Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration (if applicable)
* Possession of class C drivers' licence
* This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role
* Probation period may apply
* Pre-employment checks will be conducted, including criminal history clearance
