South West Colorectal Surgery are seeking a reliable and friendly medical receptionist to join our small but growing team based in our Bunbury specialist rooms.
Position requirements
Front desk reception
Greet patients warmly and professionally
Scheduling appointments
Booking patients for surgery and managing theatre lists
Process invoices and payments
Prompt response to emails and tasks
Answer telephone calls
Maintain accurate patient records
Flexible to assist with a variety of other tasks as required
About you
A quick study that thrives learning new software and workflow processes
High level of attention to detail with exceptional organisational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with patients, clinicians and colleagues in a professional and friendly manner
Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
Proficiency in using Outlook, SharePoint and Excel
Experience with Gentu preferable
Previous medical receptionist experience, particularly in a surgical practice or specialist rooms, is a bonus but not essential
Caring, friendly personality
Reliable and composed under pressure
