Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled professional to provide rehabilitation services to ADF personnel who have sustained physical and/or psychological injuries. As an ADF Rehabilitation Consultant, you will apply your clinical expertise to perform assessments and develop rehabilitation plans.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
* Applying your clinical knowledge to conduct thorough assessments and create individualized rehabilitation plans
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care and support
* Developing and implementing service delivery outcomes that prioritize person-centered focus and goal setting
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Current registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC or AASW)
* Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Osteopathy or Social Work
* Australian Citizenship
* Strong clinical reasoning with a minimum of 1 year work experience in a related field
* Ability to engage effectively with multidisciplinary teams
