Hotel Operations Manager
We are seeking a Hotel Operations Manager to join our venue in Brisbane.
This role is responsible for leading accommodation operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and exceeding expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing outstanding customer service and managing guest interactions.
* Monitoring room rates to maximise occupancy and revenue.
* Collaborating with suppliers to maintain hotel standards.
* Leading a team of staff, overseeing rostering, recruitment, training, and ongoing development.
* Fostering relationships and driving business growth.
Requirements
Applicants should have previous experience in hotel management or be eager to take the next step in their career with a can-do attitude.
* Previous work experience within a 4 or 5-star hotel or resort.
* Proficiency in reservations and third-party website management.
* Demonstrated expertise in revenue sales and account management.
* Excellent organisational, time management, and written communication skills.
* A strong background in front office operations, with the ability to implement procedures and processes.
* Experience using OPERA Cloud will be highly regarded.
* A hands-on leadership style to guide and manage a small team.
