About the Role
Fuel your passion for coffee and customer service and join our team! This position is based in our Fresh+ Café in Wagga Wagga. As a Café All Rounder, you'll provide exceptional customer service and work independently or as part of a team to deliver our fantastic store standards.
What a Café All Rounder Does
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to café standards in line with food safety guidelines.
- Operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately.
- Restock supplies and ensure the front‐of‐house is always well presented.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all café areas.
- Handle cash and card payments efficiently.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Strong barista skills.
- Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Experience in food handling is ideal.
- Motivated to achieve fantastic results and standards.
- Adaptable to meet company requirements and goals.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts across the week and weekend, including early starts and evenings.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a rapid‐paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
