About the Role
We are looking for a New Business Representative to join our mid‐market sales team. This is a hunter role focused on winning new logos and expanding existing customers.
Responsibilities
* Identify, qualify, and close new agency opportunities in defined mid‐market segments across Australia and New Zealand.
* Lead discovery conversations with agency principals and leadership teams, positioning PropertyMe as the platform that replaces fragmentation with clarity.
* Drive daily prospecting and outbound activity to build a healthy pipeline.
* Articulate the full PropertyMe ecosystem: property management operations, Grow (CRM), trust accounting, payments, and AI productivity tools.
* Demonstrate value through product demonstrations and consultative conversations.
* Guide customers through platform consolidation decisions.
* Identify cross‐sell and upsell opportunities within existing mid‐market customers, especially around Grow and the broader product suite.
* Develop relationships with franchise groups, industry bodies, influencers, and agency leaders.
* Represent PropertyMe at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
* Maintain pipeline hygiene and CRM accuracy in Salesforce.
* Collaborate with onboarding, customer success and support teams to ensure a seamless handover.
Required Qualifications
* Track record of success in SaaS new business sales, with experience selling into mid‐market or enterprise segments.
* Proven ability to close complex B2B deals and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
* Experience engaging senior decision makers – principals, directors and C‐suite – in consultative, value‐led sales conversations.
* Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce strongly preferred).
* Self‐management, self‐motivation, and a high‐activity rhythm.
Highly Regarded
* Experience selling into the real estate or property management industry.
* Experience in platform or multi‐product SaaS sales where cross‐selling is a core growth lever.
* Working understanding of agency operations, PropTech or the property management ecosystem.
* Prior experience in a high‐growth, PE‐backed SaaS environment.
