Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and suitably qualified Project Officer with experience in Project Controls and Scheduling to join our team.
This role involves working under limited direction to perform and achieve moderately complex tasks within an integrated workforce. The successful candidate will liaise with stakeholders at all levels, building strong working relationships and serving as a point of contact for all enquiries related to project controls and scheduling.
Activities
Liaise with stakeholders of all levels, building good working relationships and providing a point of contact for all project controls and scheduling enquiries.
Perform complex planning to support the development of work breakdown structures, identify activities and work packages required to meet project and product objectives/milestones.
Develop schedules that include mapping of inter-relationships, dependencies, risks, logic paths, durations, and constraints.
Develop standardised management artefacts encompassing scope, schedule (WC, ML, BC), cost, risk, and resources to enable baseline management and informed decision making.
Undertake project controls assurance activities (observation, measurement, analysis, health checks) to provide specialist support.

Maintain the AIR06000PH2AB Schedule.
Develop and maintain complex project schedules in OPP.
Manage the project schedule, WBS, and data dictionary to support monthly reporting and artefacts required for CGS and IC submissions.
Generate OPP reports to create schedule summaries and reports for internal and external presentations.
Support monthly financial reporting to ensure consistency between cost and schedule.
Provide advice, training, and guidance on project and program scheduling.
Assist the Project Manager in defining key goals, objectives, and milestones.
Report progress against the work schedule.
Analyze scheduled performance against actual performance and generate variance reports.
Provide the Project Manager with reports documenting schedule and cost variances and advice on recovery activities.
Create detailed schedule recovery plans and update accordingly.
