You will coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring efficient processes, timely outcomes, and a positive experience for all candidates and hiring managers.Keys Responsibilities: Lead full-cycle recruitment following NSW Public Service guidelines, partnering with hiring managers on advertising, screening, interviewing, and reference checks.
Ensure transparent, timely communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Develop and maintain talent pipelines by proactively sourcing candidates for current and future roles.
Promote inclusive hiring practices and contribute to employer branding initiatives to support diversity and accessibility.
Manage recruitment data and reports, collaborate with the team, and support wider HR projects and cross-functional initiatives.
Skills and Experience: Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across various roles and industries.
Government experience is essential.
Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and selection techniques.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment data analysis.
