* Program Development: Collaborate with colleagues to design comprehensive curriculum plans aligned with departmental policies.
* Teaching and Learning: Implement engaging and challenging learning experiences utilizing Information and Communication Technologies.
* Pastoral Care: Provide support and guidance to students in conjunction with other professionals.
* Communication: Regularly update parents on student progress through various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Curriculum Planning: Prepare detailed semester planners in accordance with departmental guidelines.
2. Compliance: Adhere to school policies and procedures related to curriculum, student management, monitoring, assessment, and reporting.
3. School Environment: Maintain a safe and conducive learning environment that promotes acceptable behavior.
