Graduate Development Program – Heritage Consulting
Our two‐year Graduate Development Program is designed to give newly qualified graduates a smooth start to their consulting career in the Heritage Consulting team. The role is located in Melbourne and will commence in February.
Responsibilities
* Assist in providing heritage advice and supporting heritage approvals processes for a diverse range of projects.
* Investigate and report on a wide range of heritage matters, including statutory approvals through fieldwork and reporting.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, Traditional Owners, internal specialists, sub‐contractors, government departments and agencies, local councils, and research bodies.
Qualifications
* Graduates or soon‐to‐be graduates with post‐graduate studies in Archaeology, Anthropology, Cultural Heritage Management or similar disciplines.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple priorities.
Program Structure
Year one focuses on fundamentals of consulting to help you establish your industry rhythm. Year two offers flexibility to deepen technical expertise, engage with mentors, or explore other career pathways within GHD.
