As a Night Guest Services Attendant, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel during quiet hours.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome and assist guests at the entrance
* Handle guest baggage to and from rooms
* Coordinate guest and uniform dry-cleaning services
* Valet & Transport: Drive passenger vehicles and perform valet parking duties
* Post and reconcile valet parking charges and manage key storage
* Operational Support: Service and clean public areas and guest rooms as required
* Audit vacant inspected rooms
* Perform cleaning duties
* Food & Beverage: Prepare and cook overnight menu orders
* Deliver in-room dining orders and provide general waiting duties
* Administrative Tasks: Update digital screens with daily hotel activities
* Enter wake-up calls and update reports
* Assist with loyalty points reporting and reconciliation
Requirements:
* Minimum 6 months experience in a similar hospitality or customer service environment
* Fluent verbal English and strong communication skills
* Computer literacy; experience with property management systems is desirable
* Valid Full Driver's License (desirable)
* RSA certification; Responsible Service of Alcohol certification highly regarded
* First Aid & CPR certification (desirable)
* Australian National Police and Working with Vulnerable People clearance is mandatory for selected candidates
