We are currently seeking Kitchen Hands, Catering Assistants and Food Service Attendants (aged care) who strive to provide exceptional service across a variety of environments including hotels, corporate venues and education sites, aged care facilities and others.

You will possess the following…
* Prior experience in a similar role:
* Kitchen Hands will have proven experience in back of house operations, demonstrating use of a commercial dishwasher, receiving and putting away delivers, and basic cleaning skills
* Catering Assistants will have experience in front & back of house operations, including previous placement in a variety of kitchens across short order meals, food preparation and sandwich making
* Food Service Attendants (aged care): Assisting the F&B team to deliver and handle food services within an aged care environment.
* A high-level of personal presentation & communication skills
* Maintain clean, safe and hygienic work practices
* The ability to prioritise and manage tasks
* Attention to detail with a commitment to the highest level of service
* A current Food Hygiene and Handling Certificate or willingness to obtain
* Police Check or willingness to obtain
* A valid Working with Children Check for employment is advantageous (or willing to obtain) for work within school settings
* Coved & Flu vaccines up to date (for aged care environments only)

* Have the following uniform or willing to purchase: Black tailored trousers, plain black t-shirt, skull cap and black apron, black enclosed
