The role
As this business continues to grow, they are now looking for a Marketing Manager – Projects in this newly created role to lead how theyconnect with community. You will lead and execute marketing strategies that support projects pipeline, working closely with sales to drive engagement, conversion and long-term partnerships. This role sits at the intersection of design, storytelling and commercial performance ensuring positioned as a trusted partner.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Develop and deliver sector-led marketing strategies that drive pipeline and revenue growth
- Build compelling value propositions and narratives for each key sector
- Support tender activity with high-quality pitch materials and presentations
- Create assets that support the sales team across the project lifecycle
- Ensure content reflects both design ethos and commercial capability
- Build targeted engagement strategies for architects, designers, developers and commercial clients
- Support industry events, collaborations and showroom activations
- Deliver targeted outreach campaigns (including LinkedIn and digital channels)
- Maintain a consistent, refined brand presence across all touchpoints
- Track pipeline performance, conversion and campaign ROI
- Use data to refine targeting and improve outcomes over time
- Align marketing activity closely with commercial objectives and priorities
About You
You're a commercially minded marketer with an appreciation for design, detail and quality.
You bring:
- 5+ years' experience in B2B or commercial marketing, ideally within design, property, construction or related industries
- Experience supporting project-based or tender-driven sales environments
- Robust capability in developing sector-led strategies and sales enablement materials
- Confidence working cross-functionally with sales and leadership teams
- A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
