Job Description
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of projects. This includes managing project networks, maintaining accurate financial records, and coordinating documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Purchasing: Ensure seamless data exchange with central purchasing and finance functions.
* Systems / Network Management: Maintain project network directory structure for electronic records and manage Thales Competency Management System (CMS) in consultation with Technical Supervisor / Training Officer.
* Financial Management: Accurately maintain Project Financial Register, track and provide regular reports to stakeholders on project financial matters.
* Document Management & Configuration: Draft templates, review project documentation, configure documentation and coordinate documents for delivery under the contract (CDRLs).
* Defect Management: Log jobs through IT portal or TMF Facilities Management if Government furnished asset when faults occur.
* Security Management: Liaise with corporate security and site management on Defence security issues and ensure security induction and annual refresher training is conducted to all personnel where relevant.
* Administration Support: Provide general administrative support to team and offer professional advice for the continuous improvement of administrative/support systems, processes and procedures.
