This key role involves managing platform setup, user access, issue resolution, and data quality maintenance. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be patient and supportive in training environments, and possess high attention to detail.
The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring project templates, permissions, and data uploads meet operational requirements. They will also create and maintain JSON structures to support custom workflows and configurations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Platform set-up and project configuration
* Platform maintenance and data management

Required Technical Skills:
* Experience in digital platform management
* Ability to create visually clear and accessible training materials
* Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (especially Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
