As a Student Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a robust student admissions and support framework. Your primary responsibility will be to manage student information systems and records, ensuring seamless service delivery across the entire student lifecycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification (minimum bachelor's degree) with a postgraduate qualification in tertiary administration or equivalent.
* Demonstrated leadership experience in a dynamic customer or student service environment.
* Experience in highly regulated environments, particularly higher education sectors.
You must possess strong interpersonal skills, superior written and oral communication skills, including negotiation and stakeholder interaction. You should also have creative problem-solving ability and capacity to respect confidentiality and privacy.
