**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably at least 1.5-year sale experience would be advantageous.
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English is required for effective communication with clients and team members due to the market need of the shop's location.
- Passion for health, wellness, and sports, with an understanding of the benefits of muscle health and recovery.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and written skills, capable of building rapport with clients and promoting product features effectively.
- Patience and attention to detail, with the ability to understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, demonstrating excellent negotiation and closing skills.
