About the role
The role will require you to be responsible for the orderly flow of vehicles from factory order to delivery. The receiving of vehicles in and out of stock, sourcing and allocation of vehicles (including vehicle swaps). Generation of stock lists and stock reports on the status of vehicles. Processing of vehicle registrations, communication with dealership management, sales teams and other administration staff.
Skills and experience
* Previous experience as a Stock Controller or Assistant Stock Controller in an automotive dealership or similar is preferred
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
* Excellent time management skills
* Good eye and attention to detail
* SAP experience an advantage
* Intermediate to advanced computer skills (previous DMS experience would be desirable)
* Ability to work autonomously as well as being a Team player.
