We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join a close-knit team on a working cattle station in the Pilbara region of WA.
This is no ordinary station – we operate to the standard of a five-star resort, offering a unique opportunity to live and work in a truly exceptional environment. You will play a key role in maintaining the immaculate presentation of the residence, guest suites, and staff village, while delivering warm, personalised service to residents and visiting guests.
What You'll Do
 * Maintain the homestead, guest suites, and staff village to an impeccable standard – including cleaning, laundry, and general upkeep.
 * Ensure all areas of the residence are cared for, maintained and inspected with high attention to detail.
 * Monitor and manage household supplies, linen, and pantry stock.
 * Assist with formal and informal meals, events, and guest hosting as required.
 * Prepare and serve light meals and refreshments.
 * Provide high-level, personalised guest service with warmth and professionalism.
 * Adhere to health and safety practices relevant to private residence.
 * Complete additional duties as requested by residents or guests from time to time.

What You'll Bring
 * Experience in luxury hospitality, private residence, or high-end resort accommodation (preferred, not essential)
 * Impeccable presentation and a commitment to high service standards
 * Understanding of housekeeping procedures
 * A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work both independently and as a team
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 * Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as required
 * Current driver's licence (preferred)
 * Willingness to live and work in a remote location for extended periods
