Healthscope Revive Acute Clinical Nursing Program - For the Registered Nurse

Have you been working in Aged Care, Community Nursing, or within a GP Practice and want to revive your career pathway and re-enter the Acute/Rehabilitation Hospital environment?
Then come and be a part of our 12-week Revive program.
The Program
On joining the Revive Program, you will be placed at one of our 9 acute/rehabilitation Healthscope hospitals in a dedicated clinical area. You will be given supernumerary time to assist your transition along with a dedicated education program to revive all your acute skills.
The program will run for 12 weeks, and upon completion, applicants will continue to access shifts through Healthscope's Victorian Casual Flexi Crew, allowing you to experience working across various hospitals and clinical areas, enhancing and developing your nursing career. Applicants may also have the opportunity to transition into permanent positions, as available across the organization.
To participate in the program, applicants must attend all 6 study days, including Healthscope orientation, and be available to work a minimum of 3 days per week across a 7-day roster, excluding night shifts.

Requirements for the program:
* We are seeking RNs who are:
* Flexible and adaptable to a changing clinical environment
* Committed to successfully completing the program
* Motivated and enjoy teamwork
* Passionate about delivering exceptional patient-centered care and customer service
Eligibility criteria:
* Current AHPRA registration
* Working rights within Australia
* Experience outside of acute hospital settings within the past 5 years
* Current Working with Children's Check (Employee Version)
Applicants must be available for at least 3 shifts per week during the program.
The program is scheduled to commence the week of Monday, 15th September 2025.
