We are the regulator of the Victorian legal profession, licensing lawyers and overseeing service standards and conduct. This includes handling complaints about lawyers, investigating poor conduct, overseeing management of trust accounts, and stewarding public purpose and fidelity funds to support legal regulation and access to justice in Victoria. We are a modern best‑practice regulator, using data and insights to identify where our actions can have the greatest impact on ensuring ethical and professional legal practice by Victorian lawyers. Finance Business Partner (ongoing and fixed‑term). You will partner with business units to provide monthly support, reporting and analysis, using data insights to inform decision making and drive business performance. Qualifications
A graduate or post‑graduate qualification in accounting. A CA or CPA qualification is strongly preferred Minimum of 5 to 7 years experience in a business partnering role or similar level role Strong accounting technical capability with demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting and reporting Advanced written and verbal communication skills and stakeholder management Advanced Excel and Microsoft product experience Demonstrated understanding and proven experience with investment portfolio oversight, the Financial Management Act, Standing Directions 2018 and Financial Reporting Directions Benefits & Culture
