Building Manager
to oversee a stable residential portfolio. This position is ideal for an
experienced Building Manager
OR a
Junior/Assistant Building Manager or Property Manager ready to step up
into a full building operations role.
You'll be supported by internal systems, senior management guidance and clear processes while managing two modern sites — a
40-townhouse complex
and a
170-apartment building
.

About the Role
As the Building Manager, you'll handle the
day-to-day operations, maintenance coordination, compliance, reporting and resident engagement
across two residential sites. You'll be the face of the property, ensuring the buildings run smoothly, safely and professionally.
This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving and interacting with residents and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
Liaise with Owners Corporations, Strata, residents, lot owners and contractors
Record and manage incidents, complaints, defects and maintenance tasks
Conduct regular inspections of common property and the GM Tower
Coordinate trades, contractor access, deliveries and loading dock operations
Manage lift bookings, move-ins/move-outs, bonds and lot fitouts
Ensure statutory compliance, certifications and By-Laws are up to date
Maintain building records using Building Link (training provided if needed)
Perform audits of swipes, fobs and basement remotes
Supervise use of common plant, machinery and lifts
Attend meetings as required with Committees and Management
Support continuous improvement, cost-reduction initiatives and process efficiencies
Understand and work within a BMC framework (training provided)
