People Solutions (HR) Advisor
Join our team at Concentrix, a global provider of customer contact solutions.
We are looking for a permanent full-time People Solutions Advisor to join our Townsville location (River Quays, Level 6, 7 Tomlins Street).
This role reports to a People Solutions Business Partner and works closely with business leaders, local colleagues and the global People Solutions team.
Job Description
The People Solutions Advisor evaluates, analyzes, implements and administers Human Resources programs and works with key stakeholders to build a relationship of trust, ensuring alignment between HR strategy and business objectives.
Day-to-day responsibilities
Proactive management of absenteeism, performance and employee relations case management
Handling sensitive grievances and conducting complaint investigations
Contributing to the development, review and implementation of HR policies, strategies and initiatives
Providing coaching and advice to stakeholders in line with relevant awards, acts, regulations and policies
Facilitating inductions for new starting employees
Establishing and maintaining key relationships
Championing Concentrix culture and driving employee engagement
Qualifications
Qualification in Human Resources – highly desired
Broad range of generalist HR experience within a high-volume environment
Experience navigating HRIS systems – Workday preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong relationship-building ability with employees, managers, and leaders
High attention to detail and analytical skill
Ability to role-model values and inspire others
Capacity to apply emotional intelligence across interactions
Self-directed and effective in team setting
Natural mindset of success and solution orientation
