As a MIRT Clinician, Your Day Involves
* Walking alongside individuals living with severe mental illness, recognising, respecting, and honouring their unique recovery journey
* Providing person‐centred, recovery‐oriented care
* Engaging with individuals in ways that best support their individual needs
* Developing meaningful relationships with clients and their families
* Supporting individuals in their desire to engage in meaningful occupation:
o Collaborating with consumers, caregivers, and other stakeholders to help people pursue their recovery goals in an occupation‐centred way that values choice, autonomy, and lived experience
o Using discipline‐specific assessments and interventions to understand each person's strengths, challenges, and aspirations, and to support them in meeting their goals
