About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Transformation and Benefits Realisation Expert to join our team. As a key member of our transformation programme, you will be responsible for leading the efforts to identify, track, and realise the benefits of strategic projects and programmes.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a benefits realisation framework that aligns with our organisational goals and project management methodologies.
* Identify and quantify expected benefits of projects and programmes, working closely with project managers, stakeholders, and programme leads.
* Track and monitor the realisation of benefits throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with our transformation programme's initiatives and key priorities.
* Conduct regular benefits reviews and assessments to evaluate effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and maximise the impact of our transformation programme.
* Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement benefits realisation plans, including defining key performance indicators (KPIs), success criteria, and benefits measures.
* Provide leadership and guidance to project teams on benefits realisation best practices, incorporating insights from our transformation programme.
* Develop and maintain benefits realisation documentation, including benefits registers, reports, and dashboards, focusing on our transformation programme's contributions.
* Communicate benefits realisation progress and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders, highlighting the role of our transformation programme in driving organisational success.
* Identify and mitigate risks to benefits realisation, proactively addressing potential challenges within our transformation-led projects.
* Foster a culture of benefits realisation within the organisation, promoting the importance of tracking and measurement while championing our transformation programme's impact.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 10+ years' experience preparing large-scale transformation business cases and ROI analysis.
* Strategic thinking and business acumen.
* Strong analytical and benefits quantification skills.
* Excellent stakeholder management and executive reporting capabilities.
* Familiarity with project and programme management methodologies.
* Change management expertise.
