Our client is a highly successful Mortgage Brokerage who work with some of Melbourne's highest Net Worth individuals.
Due to several internal promotions, they are looking to appoint a Client Service Executive/Manager, to work closely with the team internally along with their customers to help people achieve their dream property & financial goals.
In this dynamic and rapid-moving role, you will learn all about the Mortgage process and feel the sense of satisfaction when you call a customer to deliver positive news. This position is open to anyone in or out of the Financial Services space. Whether you are wanting to be a Mortgage Broker one day or not, our client is more interested in you as a person and your desire to help people in an honest and ethical manner, rather than long term career goals.
The role:
Follow up with lenders throughout the home loan process in a pro-active and timely manner to ensure deadlines are met
Liaise with financial planners, solicitors & real estate agents
General administrative tasks: order valuations, order pricing discounts, post-settlement checks, completion of discharge and variation forms
Preparing loan documents for clients to sign
You will have:
Previous client service experience
A solid track record of success in your roles
A banking or financial services background (high desirable but not essential)
Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
A bright & energetic personality
An honest & ethical approach to your work
The desire to grow as an individual & progress your career
