Account Manager Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Account Manager to join our team. Reporting to the State Sales Manager, this is an excellent opportunity to showcase sales expertise and passion for building long-lasting customer relationships.
The successful candidate will be responsible for growing and managing a portfolio of new and existing accounts, consistently delivering strong sales results.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain existing accounts by building strong customer relationships
* Schedule site visits and work closely with builders and clients to understand their needs
* Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to drive sales and deliver outstanding service
* Achieve sales targets through continuous performance improvement
* Manage customer complaints and implement long-term solutions to prevent recurring issues
* Provide expert guidance to customers on products by staying up to date
* Represent the company at trade shows and industry events as required
Requirements
* Experience in sales, preferably within the building materials market
* Ability to read a building plan
* Ability to work well autonomously and in a team
* An open, honest, and authentic approach
* Strong computer literacy with the ability to use Microsoft software such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
