About the Role: We are looking for a passionate Mental Health Occupational Therapist for a Clinical Specialist opportunity in Melbourne! This dynamic role involves a combination of the development and delivery of professional development initiatives, quality improvement, client case work, and employee supervision within the Mental Health Stream. Lead the development and delivery of professional development initiatives, mentor clinicians, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and clinical excellence across the service stream. In addition, the Clinical Specialist will design and implement quality improvement projects aimed at enhancing overall service effectiveness. This role will also work closely with the Early Career and Student Program Lead to assist in the education and induction program for early career employees. This is a full-time or part-time position, and some travel may be required (travel compensated).
