About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Reward and Benefits Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in an ASX listed environment and will be responsible for providing analytical support, ongoing research, reward modeling, and compensation analysis for remuneration, equity, and benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Analysing and benchmarking remuneration packages to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
2. Supporting the administration of equity plans, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
3. Providing support for the annual remuneration review process and other reward activities.
Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will have experience in remuneration analysis, with a strong understanding of ASX listed companies. They will also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to various stakeholders.
