The Lift's department keeps the fun spinning, literally! Thredbo’s lift gurus are front line when it comes to getting people safely up the mountain to enjoy Thredbo’s runs and trails. The Lift Operations team have one of the best 'office' views around and embrace the outdoors and the work that comes with it; lifting, shovelling and greeting, in all of Mother Nature’s moods. If you want to work outdoors to help provide safe and efficient operation of our lifts whilst providing excellent and consistent levels of guest services, this is the job for you!

About the Role
* Ensure the safe and efficient operation of lifts
* Interact with guests in a positive manner
* Maintain a safe work environment
* Adhere to policies and procedures
* Work outdoors in all weather conditions
* Be respectful of guests and fellow employees
* Clear snow and rubbish from lifts and surrounding areas
About You
* 18 Years or older
* Previous experience as a lift attendant (1 season minimum)
* Optimistic with a positive attitude and loads of initiative
* Your physical ability and not be afraid of a shovel
* Managing priorities
* Reliable and can handle pressure with professionalism
