Help in providing a complete record of financial transactions over the life of a given financial scope. Help in holding account information needed to prepare financial statements & include accounts for assets, liabilities, owners' equity, revenues & expenses.
INCLUDE : General Ledger / Tax / Fixed Asset / Cash accounting.
Main Accountabilities
* Create and monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the recordation of fixed assets
* Recommend to management any updates to accounting policies related to fixed assets.
* Assign tag numbers to fixed assets
* Furnish fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system
* Determine depreciation for all fixed assets
* Prepare audit schedules relating to fixed assets, and assist the auditors in their inquiries
* Perform other duties assigned by line managers
Decision Making / Activity
* General ledger account analyses and reconciliations;
* Preparation and posting of journal entries;
* Determine depreciation for all fixed assets
* Prepare audit schedules relating to fixed assets
Are you a MATCH?
* Technical degree in Accounting
* 3-5 years experience
* Familiar with MS office and ERP system / Understanding of general accounting matters
