The venue is set to open in a new location, with a start date in early September.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with and support our Venue Manager in the daily business operations, leading from the front to develop and nurture your team to promote exceptional service delivery, ensuring complete guest satisfaction, in turn, maximising value and financial returns for the business. You will also be responsible for staff rostering, overseeing recruitment, performance management and cost control.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* A passion for the hospitality industry and customer service, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Extensive product knowledge, with prior leadership experience in a similar high-end restaurant environment, either locally, interstate or overseas.
* Considerable knowledge of local and international wines is advantageous.
* Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, is required, with some flexibility needed for event days.
