With over 35 years of partnering our agricultural customers and a strong commitment to the farming and regional community, we are looking to expand our team of skilled professionals.

Job overview:

As our new Admin Officer, you'll provide critical administrative and finance support to our branch. You'll be the friendly first point of contact for customers while managing a wide range of office tasks with professionalism and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

* Front desk reception – greet customers and visitors, answer phones, and respond to enquiries
* Data entry and processing of invoices, purchase orders, and account reconciliation. Manage current and aged debtors, sending statements and taking payments
* Assist with stock control and ordering of office supplies
* Manage travel bookings and accommodation
* Support the management team with reporting and general administration tasks
* Work across the branch, liaising with suppliers, customers, and various departments

About You:

* Previous experience in administration (experience in the construction or agricultural sector is a bonus)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and time management
* Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and DMS preferred
* Able to prioritise tasks in a busy environment
* Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour
* A team player with a can-do attitude
