About the Role
Leads strategy, governance and improvement of icare procurement, owning policies, data and tools to drive compliant, agile and sustainable procurement.

Duties
* Lead and maintain procurement governance, policies and frameworks aligned with NSW Government and organisational strategy.
* Improve procurement processes, guidelines and category planning with Sourcing and Business teams.
* Manage the Strategic Partner Management Committee (SPMC), including governance, reporting and action tracking.
* Oversee and optimise procurement systems and tools to enhance user experience, compliance and data quality.
* Develop and maintain procurement data, analytics and reporting frameworks, including spend dashboards.
* Provide regular reporting on procurement activity, performance, risks and outcomes to executive committees and NSW Procurement.
* Support capability uplift through training, communication and business partnering.
* Build strong external relationships, especially with NSW Procurement, to support policy alignment.
* Drive continuous improvement across procurement processes and ways of working.
Skills & Experience
* Experience in procurement governance, policy and process improvement.
* Strong knowledge of NSW Government procurement requirements.
* Proficiency with procurement systems and data/reporting tools.
* Strong analytics, reporting and dashboard development skills.
* Experience supporting governance committees and reporting.
* Continuous improvement mindset with proven delivery of operational enhancements.
