Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid position for a Client Relationship Manager, based in Brisbane, QLD, with flexibility for remote work. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding and responding to their needs, and ensuring quality delivery of disability services. The Client Relationship Manager will also oversee client communications, resolve concerns, support positive outcomes, and liaise with service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills
Proficiency in customer service and problem-solving
Ability to organise, prioritise tasks, and manage time effectively
Experience in the disability services or healthcare sector is an advantage
Skills in administration and familiarity with relevant regulations or standards
