A multidisciplinary community care organisation, we provide out-of-home care, crisis support and disability services. We are currently recruiting for an Area Operations Manager to join our fast-paced operations team based in Seven Hills, Sydney. Area Operations Manager – Role Summary
ICCare is in an exciting phase of growth and is seeking a strategic leader to join our Sydney team as Area Operations Manager.
As a key member of the executive management team, you will oversee ICCare's Out-of-Home Care (OOHC) services, including IPA and STEP placements, along with our NDIS Support Coordination and NDIS General Supports team, across the Sydney region.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance and adherence with NDIS and Child Safe standards and regulations.
* Supervise, develop, and support the Sydney region to uphold excellence service delivery, including oversight of the NDIS Support Coordination team, OOHC Case Managers working across IPA and STEP settings, and NDIS General Supports team.
* Build and sustain effective networks, relationships, and partnerships internally and externally.
* Participate in the intake and assessment of children and young people in OOHC as well as NDIS participants.
* Develop a cohort of Case Managers and Youth Workers to effectively work with and support the success of children and young people in care.
* Represent ICCare at forums or events, actively promoting services and identifying business opportunities, including proposals for future services.
What You'll Bring to the Role
* Degree qualified or at least 2 years' experience in similar role within the sector
* At least 5 years of experience as a Case Manager, Program Manager or more senior role within the sector.
* Unrestricted right to live and work in Australia.
* A current National Police Check
* Maintenance of a satisfactory Working with Children Check
* NDIS Worker Screening Check.
* Full, unrestricted NSW driver's licence and access to a reliable, roadworthy vehicle.
