Well renowned organisation within the education sector is looking for their new Scheduling and Timetabling officer to join their team on a full-time basis.
**Your new role**
Being part of a close-knit team, your role as a Timetabling Coordinator will consist of administrative tasks such as providing accurate information and reports regarding timetables and classes along with the following duties such as but not limited to:
- Liaising with stakeholders to produce a timetable within the required timeframe.
- Assist management, where required, in space planning
- Collect, prepare, and verify timetabling data to ensure productive and effective timetabling services in accordance to the organisation's policy.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for this role, you are someone who has the following experience/qualities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience within the higher education sector is highly desirable
- Familiarity with scheduling databases or student management systems
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proven administrative experience
